开发出了一款环保、无毒的水性聚氨酯(WPU),加入公司自制的小分子扩链剂B和环氧树脂E44进行嵌段共聚接枝改性,改性后的WPU乳液具有透明泛蓝光、黏度小等特点。所成薄膜具有高通透性、优良的耐水性、较高的耐酒精性能、高硬度、高耐热性能以及非常好的丰满度和爽滑感。采用该乳液调试出来的水性木器面漆不仅具有传统面漆流平性好、无缩孔、无凹陷、高平整性等优点,同时具备有极高丰满度、高光泽度和爽滑感的特点。检测结果表明,该WPU制得的薄膜24 h吸水率为4.5%,硬度达到2H。制备的透明木器面漆光泽可达94,具有非常好的丰满度和爽滑感,硬度为HB^H,24 h耐水合格,30 min耐纯酒精不发白,擦拭后5 min内可以恢复。
A type of environmental friendly and nontoxic waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was prepared via a grafting modification with epoxy resin and chain extender B. The modified transparent WPLI emulsion showed low viscosity and blue hue, and its film had high transparency, water resistance, alcohol resistance, hardness, heat resistance, fullness and smoothness. The waterborne wood coatings based on the prepared WPU had good leveling property, no shrinkage cavity, no sunken and high flatness as the traditional topcoat had. In addition, it showed excellent fullness, high gloss and smoothness. The ~sults showed that the WPU film had water absorption 4.5% after immersion test fi^r 24 h and hardness 2H. the transparent wood topcoat had high gloss 94°and good fullness and smoothness, meanwhile, it showed hardness HB-H and qualified water absorption as well as good alcohol resistance.
