铝银粉生产除尘系统设计的开发与应用

摘要 在铝银粉生产过程中不可避免地会产生铝粉尘。本研究设计开发了一种铝银粉生产专用的除尘系统。该系统由粉尘吸气罩、引风机、引风管、粉尘收集水池、不锈钢纤维吸附层、循环水泵、喷淋头、循环水池等组成,能很好地收集和捕捉铝银粉生产过程中产生的铝粉尘颗粒,系统运行稳定、安全。 Aluminum dust can not be avoided in the process of aluminum powder production. A special dust pelletizing system for the production of aluminum powder is designed. This system consists of dust suction cover, induced draft fan, air duct, dust collection pool, stainless steel fiber adsorption layer, circulating water pump, spray head and circulating water tank, etc. The system can collect and capture aluminum dust particles produced in the process of aluminum powder production, in addition, can run stably and safely.
