摘要
介绍国内某重卡品牌的橡胶悬架与板簧悬架重卡对比振动测试,通过在车桥和车架的合适位置上布置振动信号的采集点,利用加速度信号数据采集仪采集振动信号,通过对测试结果的分析,得出橡胶悬架的隔振率明显优于板簧悬架的结论。
A vibration test was done for a domestic heavy-duty truck company to compare the performance of rubber spring suspension and leaf spring suspension. Laying the vibration signal acquisition points on the suitable location of the axle and frame, using the acceleration signal data acquisition instrument to collect vibration signal, through analyzing the test results, the conclusion is that the vibration isolation efficiency of rubber spring suspension is significantly better than that of the leaf spring suspension.
