氯盐环境下混凝土内钢筋锈蚀模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢筋锈蚀是导致钢筋混凝土结构性能退化的主要因素之一,尤其是暴露于海洋环境的钢筋混凝土结构。本文针对氯离子对混凝土内钢筋锈蚀速率的影响,提出了基于氯离子浓度的钢筋锈蚀速率影响因子,建立了混凝土保护层内氯离子的输运与钢筋锈蚀耦合过程模型,并利用试验数据对模型进行了验证。模拟结果与试验结果对比表明,本模型计算得到的钢筋表面锈蚀电流密度与实测结果具有较好的吻合度,验证了本文模型的合理性,可为氯盐环境下钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性分析提供参考。 Corrosion is one of the main reasons for the degradation of reinforced concrete structures, especially when they are exposed to the marine environment. To clarify the effect of chloride ion on cor- rosion rate of the reinforcement, this paper proposes the impact factor of corrosion rate concerning chlo- ride concentration, and model of the coupling process of ion transportation and steel bar corrosion in the concrete is built, which is verified by using the test data. Comparison between simulation outcome and test data shows that the calculated corrosion current density shows a good match with the experimental data, which testifies the rationality and feasibility of the model. To analyze the durability of reinforced concrete structure exposed to chloride environment, this research could be a good reference.
