摘要
研究普通冷库、新型风光互补发电控温通风库、传统土窖对马铃薯的贮藏效果,为优化马铃薯的贮藏条件及贮藏库的改良提供理论依据。对3种库存马铃薯不同贮藏时期的温度及湿度、CO_2含量、Vc含量、呼吸强度、淀粉含量、腐烂率、失重率、还原糖含量进行测定比较,结果表明,普通冷库的库温维持在(3~5)℃,RH在75%~85%;控温通风库在(3~5.5)℃,RH在80%~88%,均适用于马铃薯的长期贮藏。而传统土窖温度波动大、贮藏效果差,不适用于马铃薯的长期贮藏。贮藏6个月,马铃薯贮藏品质综合指标方面显示为控温通风库>普通冷库>传统土窖。因此,新型风光互补发电控温通风库适合在马铃薯产业区大范围推广。
To study ordinary refrigerator, new wind-light complementary temperature control ventilation library, traditional crypt of potato storage effect, for optimizing the storage conditions and providing theoretical basis for the improvement storage of potato. The temperature, RH, CO_2 content, Vc content, decay rate, weight loss rate, respiration intensity, starch content, reducing sugar content of three kinds of libraries potato were determined and compared. The results showed that the average temperature cold storage library was at(3~5)℃, 75%~85% RH; Temperature control and ventilation library was in(3~5.5)℃, 80%~88% RH, potatoes were suitable for long-term storage. While traditional crypt temperature fluctuations, storage effect was poor, couldn't apply to the potato storage for a long time. Storage for six months, the potato storage quality comprehensive indicators showed temperature control and ventilation libraryordinaryrefrigerator traditional crypt. As a result, the new wind-light complementary temperature control ventilation library was suitable for widely promoted in the potato industry area.
