摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法快速测定婴幼儿乳粉中叶黄素含量的方法。样品用正己烷-四氢呋喃(80:20,v/v)超声提取,乙醇-水(90:10,v/v)进行反萃取除脂,以甲醇-水(95:5,v/v)为流动相,经C_(18)色谱柱分离,在445 nm波长处,对乳粉中叶黄素含量进行测定。结果表明,该方法在(0.1~10)mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998,样品的加标回收率为91.8%~102.5%,相对标准偏差小于2%。该方法操作简便、准确可靠、精密度较高,适合于乳粉中叶黄素的快速测定。 To establish a rapid method for the determination of lutein in infant formula by high performance liquid chromatography. Sample were extracted by ultrasonic with hexane-tetrahydrofuran(80:20, v/v) and ethanol-waters(90:10, v/v) was used for removing fat. Lutein was qualitatively analyzed on a C_(18) column at 445 nm using methanol-water(95:5, v/v) as the mobile phase. The results showed that an excellent linear relationship in the range of(0.1~10)mg/L(R=0.998). The recovery ratio of spiked samples from 91.8% to 102.5% with a relative standard deviation less than 2%. The method is simple, accuracy and reliable way to determine the content of lutein in infant formula.
