摘要
通过剖析高炉炉缸结构的传热体系及其变化,从用后炉缸砖衬结构、砖衬背面的气隙、凝铁层、冷却壁壁体热阻和铁水的流动等方面,阐述了影响传热体系平衡的主要因素。重点讨论了在役炉缸砖衬状态的辨析与诊断问题,如砖衬结构中的气隙状态、砖衬实际厚度、砖衬温度的某些"异象"等。认为实现炉缸稳定长寿的两个关键因素,一是要确保砖衬结构稳定有效的传热效果,二是要缓解铁水环流对砖衬表面的冲击效应。
By analyzing the heat transfer system of BF hearth structure and its change, it expounds the main factors affecting balance of the heat transfer system, for instance, structure of furnace hearth working bricks, air gap at the back of brick lining, solidified iron layer, heat resistance of the cooling wall and fluidity of molten iron. It is also discussed the way of judging and diagnosing the following brick lining status of furnace hearth in service, e.g. status of air gap status in brick lining structure, actual thickness of brick lining, some "abnormal phenomenon" of brick lining temperature. To realize stable and long campaign of furnace hearth, it is necessary to ensure the stable and effective heat transfer function of the brick lining, and reduce the erosion of the brick lining surface by hot metal circular current.
