摘要
目的研究构皮荛花的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱、凝胶柱和反相柱等多种层析色谱方法进行化合物分离纯化,利用NMR与MS等波谱学方法简单化合物结构。结果从瑞香科构皮荛花枝条中分离得到15个化合物:isochamaejasmin B(1)、chamaejasmenin A(2)、长春藤皂苷元(3)、(+)-epipinoresinol-4’-β-D-glucoside(4)、(7’S)-parabenzlactone(5)、异荜澄茄素(6)、(-)-马台数酯醇(7)、(+)-(2S,3S)-2-(3",4"-methylenedioxybenzyl)-3-(3’,4’-methylenedioxyaceto-phenone)-butyrolactone(8)、3,4',5,7-四羟基黄酮(9)、ergasterol peroxide(10)、松柏醛(11)、1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-ethane-1,2-diol(12)、谷甾醇(13)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(14)、3β-羟基-7,22E-二烯-麦角甾(15)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该种分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Wikstroemia dolichantha. Methods The compounds were purified by Silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and RP column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectral data analyses. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from the branches of Wikstroemia dolichantha in the family Thymelaeaceae. Their structures were identified as isochamaejasmin B( 1),chamaejasmenin A( 2),hederagenin( 3),( +)-epipinoresinol-4'-β-D-glucoside( 4),( 7'S)-parabenzlactone( 5),isocubebin( 6),(-)-matairesinol( 7),( +)-( 2 S,3 S)-2-( 3",4"-methylenedioxybenzyl)-3-( 3',4'-methylenedioxyaceto-phenone)-butyrolactone( 8),3,4 ',5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone( 9),ergasterol peroxide( 10),coniferaldehyde( 11),1-( 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-ethane-1,2-diol( 12),sitosterol( 13),3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol( 14),3β-hydroxy-7,22-dien-ergosta( 15) on the basis of spectroscopic data analyses. Conclusion All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
