复方蛇龙胶囊的拆方研究

Study on Shelong Capsule and its Disassembled Prescriptions

目的探寻复方蛇龙胶囊的有效物质基础。方法将MPC5细胞分为空白对照组,模型组,白花蛇舌草多糖系列浓度组,穿山龙总皂苷系列浓度组,鬼箭羽总黄酮系列浓度组,白花蛇舌草多糖加穿山龙总皂苷系列浓度组,白花蛇舌草多糖加鬼箭羽总黄酮系列浓度组,穿山龙总皂苷加鬼箭羽总黄酮系列浓度组,复方蛇龙全方系列浓度组及单味穿山龙总皂苷与全方系列浓度对比组。采用CCK-8检测细胞活力来探寻发挥药效的物质基础。结果与空白对照组相比,模型组细胞活力明显下降(P<0.01);与模型组相比,单味穿山龙总皂苷系列浓度组,含有1μg/ml的白花蛇舌草总多糖和穿山龙总皂苷组及含有1μg/ml的穿山龙总皂苷组和鬼箭羽总黄酮组以及含全方100ng/ml组细胞活力增加(P<0.05),其他各组与模型组未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论复方蛇龙胶囊对MPC5确有保护作用,且单味穿山龙总皂苷与全方疗效相当。

Objective To explore the effective material basis of Shelong capsule. Methods MPC5 cells were divided into control group,model group,Oldenlandia polysaccharide concentrations of total saponins of Dioscorea nipponica series,series of concentration group,euonymus series badminton flavonoids concentration group,Oldenlandia polysaccharide and total saponin of RDN series concentration group,Oldenlandia polysaccharide and flavonoids HKBA euonyrnus series concentration group,total saponin of RDN and euonyrnus HKBA series of flavonoids concentration group,Shelong full series concentration group and single flavor yam saponins and full series of concentration comparison group. CCK-8 was used to detect cell viability to explore the material basis for efficacy. Results Compared with the blank control group,model group,cell viability decreased P 0. 01; compared with the model group,only the total saponin from series concentration group,1μg/m L containing total saponins of Oldenlandia polysaccharide and total flavonoids of Dioscorea group and total saponin of RDN group and Guijianyu group containing 1μg/m L and the content of total party cells in 100 ng/m L group increased the activity of P is less than 0. 05,the other group and the model group showed no significant difference P〉 0. 05. Conclusion Compound dragon capsule on the protective effect of MPC5 is quite single and Dioscorea saponins and full effect.
