如何发挥中医学自身方法论优势,融入到信息化时代,分享信息化的成果,提升中医辨证论治的水平和疗效,一直是中医药界关注的重点课题。文章介绍一种以优势病种知识为基础的可量化的中医辨证论治平台,以达到规范辅助中医优势病种辨证诊疗流程,生成具有中医特色电子病历,提高中医诊疗服务质量。平台构造336种优势病种知识库,在其基础上构造一个新的临床辨证论治辅助算法,通过获取病人症状及体质量化码以进行辨证分型,从而自动推荐治法与处方。在win7平台实现了该系统的原型,目前在71家县级中医医院进行应用,统计医院使用情况,中医优势病种诊疗的适应率达85%左右,89.46%以上的电子处方可实现智能辅助辨证,说明本系统的应用可行性。

The fields of TCM focus on how to make the methodology of Chinese Medicine integrate into the imformation age,how to share the achievements of？ Chinese Medical information and enhance the level and efficacy of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. A platform based on syndrome differentiation and the dominant diseases of TCM will be introduced in this paper.The platform is aimed to standardize the process of diagnosis and treament of the dominant diseases of TCM,and generate？ electronic medical records with characteristics of TCM,and improve？ the？ quality of diagnosis and treatment？ services. The platform has created 336 knowledge bases of dominant diseases,and has constructed a new clinical syndrome differentiation algorithm to obtain the patient symptoms and physical quantification code. Then the pllatform will carry out syndrome differentiation and recommend therapy and prescription. There has the prototype of the system in the win7. At present,71 county hospitals has used it.The percentage of the adaptive rate in the dominant diseases of TCM is about 85. More than 89. 46% of the electronic prescription can be used to realize intelligent assistant syndrome differentiation. Thus the system is feasible.
