中国舞蹈学硕士研究生教育质量调查分析

The Survey of Education Quality of Chinese Dance Postgraduates

本调查分析报告主要以中国艺术研究院、北京舞蹈学院、中央民族大学等五所高校的舞蹈学研究生为研究对象,通过问卷调查的形式对其教育质量进行分析。研究结果表明,中国舞蹈学研究生在招生录取、学习培养、就业等方面存在一些问题,如招生考试制度不合理、培养模式有缺陷、课程设置不完善、培养环节松散等等。为此本文提出以下应对措施:改革研究生的招生考试制度、调节舞蹈学研究生的培养模式、优化课程设置、推行双导师或导师指导小组制度、严格执行培养方案、改革经费管理办法、加大研究生教育和高校科研的投入力度、引导研究生树立正确的就业观等,以求通过这一系列措施来提高我国舞蹈学研究生教育质量。

This survey report focuses on the dance postgraduates of the Chinese National Academy of Art,Beijing Dance Academy,Minzu University and other five colleges and universities based on the form of questionnaire survey of its educational quality analysis.The results show that there are problems in the aspects of the irrational entrance examination system,the defective training mode,the imperfect curriculum,and the loosening of training. To this end,the survey report suggests the following countermeasures： reform the graduate entrance examination system,adjust the training mode of postgraduates of dance,optimize the curriculum,implement the guidance system of the two instructors or mentors,strictly implement the training programs,reform the management methods,increase the graduate education and the development of scientific research in colleges and universities,and guide the postgraduates to establish a correct view of employment and so on,in order to improve the quality of postgraduate education in our country through this series of measures.
