摘要
为适应电机检修线整体布局需要,提出一种新型牵引电机转子拆解机结构方案,通过抽取装置把转子从牵引电机中水平抽出来,运送到另一侧的输送机上送至检修工位进行检修,该拆解机的抽取装置升降、旋转及倾角微调、走行装置均采用液压驱动。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对电机转子拆解机机架进行了单体模态分析,得出其固有频率、振型,为牵引电机转子拆解机的开发提供了理论依据。实践表明,在此基础上研制的样机能够适应牵引电机集中检修的传送要求。
In order to meet the need of integral layout of motor maintenance line,a new structure scheme of the traction motor rotor dismantling machine was put forward. Taking rotor out horizontally from the motor by extracting device,the rotor was given to the other side conveyor for maintenance. The extraction equipment lifting,rotating and angle adjustment,walking were driven by hydraulic system. The modal analysis was carried out on the dismantling machine frame by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. The natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained. It provides theory basis for the development of dismantling machine. The practice shows that the developed prototype can adapt to transfer requirements of traction motor centralized maintenance.
