基于UG NX8.0的平台,完成了缸体缸套压装机的虚拟样机设计工作,详细介绍了压头定位机构和顶升机构的机械结构。此虚拟样机为后续的仿真分析和制造工作提供了良好的基础,并以此说明了UG在虚拟设计中的应用情况。
Virtual prototype design of the cylinder body and cylinder liner-pressing machine was finished based on UG NX8. 0.The mechanical structures of the positioning mechanism of the pressure head and the jacking mechanism were introduced in details.The good foundation for the simulation analysis and the follow-up manufacturing work was provided by the virtual prototype. The application of UG in virtual design was introduced.
