摘要
钢管打捆的前处理是一个劳动强度很大的过程。通过剖析钢管打捆的前处理工艺机制,设计出一套简易的液压系统;同时针对该系统的控制绘制出PLC梯形图,实现整个过程的自动化操作,以降低包装线上工人的劳动强度、提高生产效率。
The pretreatment of steel pipe packing is a heavily intensity process of the labor. The pretreatment process mechanism of the steel pipe packing was analyzed. A simple hydraulic system was designed. At the same time,the PLC ladder diagram was drawn. The automation of the process operation was realized to reduce the labor intensity of packing line workers and to improve the production efficiency.
