某型堆垛机械手的液压回路动作改进分析

Movement Improvement for Hydraulic Circuit of a Certain Type of Stack-manipulator

针对试验操作过程中出现的某型堆垛机械手动作严重抖动的现象,结合系统实际工作需要,遵循改动量最小化的原则,增加了相应的多级调压功能,为液压系统中不同的执行元件重新匹配了相应的液压参数,保证了各个机构动作的顺畅正常。

The phenomenon of serious jitter was occurred in the operation process of a certain type of stack-manipulator. Combining with the actual needs of the system,following the principle of minimizing the amount of change,corresponding multistage adjustable pressure function was increased,then the corresponding hydraulic parameters were rematched for different actuators of the hydraulic system,which ensured the smooth and normal operation of the various agencies.
