摘要
为提高飞机结构疲劳试验中阀控非对称缸的加载速度,提出阀控非对称缸单向加载方法,并建立了数学模型,完成了加载速度、最大超调量及能耗等性能分析与试验验证。与阀控非对称缸常规加载方法相比,单向加载方法可有效提高阀控非对称缸的加载速度,且超调量小,能耗低,有较高的工程应用价值。
In order to improve the loading speed of valve controlled asymmetrical cylinder in aircraft structure fatigue test,unidirectional loading method was presented,and mathematical model was established. Loading performance indicators were analyzed and validated including loading speed,maximum overshoot and energy consumption. Unidirectional loading method is very important in engineering application with obvious advantages compared with the conventional loading of valve controlled asymmetrical cylinder,including higher loading speed,less overshoot,and lower energy consumption.
