摘要
在分析汽车手刹拉索被动端负荷特性曲线基础上,用MATLAB二次拟合曲线求出特性曲线方程。设计了基于欧姆龙PLC的试验台控制系统和上位机数据采集与显示软件,并给出了往复运动程序设计流程图。试验台已经在工厂实际使用,得到厂家的认可。
Based on the analysis of automobile handbrake cable passive end load characteristic curve,the characteristic curve equation was obtained by MATLAB quadratic curve fitting method. Based on OMRON PLC,the control system of the test bed was designed as well as the data acquisition and display of the host computer. The flow chart of programming for reciprocating motion was shown. The test bed has been widely used in the factory and has been approved by manufacturers.
