摘要
以武汉长江沿岸某高层建筑深基坑工程为例,依据地勘报告进行基坑支护方案设计,并建立有限元模型进行模拟分析以优化设计方案;在施工过程中则将现场基坑变形监测数据与有限元模型理论值进行对比分析,研究软弱不良土层深基坑开挖过程中的支护结构和止水帷幕的变形、周边地表沉降和水平位移、深层土体水平位移等变化规律。最后,结合现场实际监测分析情况,提出风险控制措施,确保了基坑开挖安全,可为类似工程提供技术参考。
Taking the deep foundation pit of a high-rise building along the Yangtze River in Wuhan as an example, the design of foundation pit support scheme has been carried out according to the geological survey report, and a finite element model has been established for simulate analysis to optimize the design scheme. During the construction process, the site monitoring data of foundation pit deformation and the theoretical value of the finite element model have been compared and analyzed so as to study the variation rule from the aspects of supporting structure and waterproof curtain deformation, surrounding ground settlement and horizontal displacement, horizontal displacement of deep soil, in the process of deep foundation pit excavation in poor soft soil layer. Finally, based on the actual monitoring and analysis of the site, the risk control measures have been put forward so as to ensure the safety of foundation pit excavation, which can provide technical references for similar projects.
