摘要 在水电站水力机械辅助系统设计中,低压压缩空气系统对机组制动成功与否有较大的影响,尤其在国际工程中,如何合理配置气罐及空压机数量更是国外工程师关注的重点。满足美国EM 1110-2-4205《Hydroelectirc Power Plants Mechanical Design》规范,并结合本工程特点,设计了曼维莱水电站低压压缩空气系统,对今后类似工程具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 Low pressure compressed air system has great influence on brake system of the generator unit in the hydraulic machine auxiliary system design,especially in international hydropower projects. Reasonable allocation of the cylinders and air compressors is the focus of attention of foreign engineers.According to EM 1110-2-4205 Hydroelectric Power Plants Mechanical Design, and in combination of the features of Memve'ele Hydroelectric Project,low pressure compressed air system is adopted in design. It has certain reference and guiding significance for similar projects.
