摘要
设计产业的健康发展离不开设计产业政策的支持和相关法规的保障。通过对当前上海设计产业相关政策和法规展开梳理解读,找出其中的漏洞与不足。进而从加强上海设计产业的政策环境建设,抓紧出台政策构建设计产业评价体系,进一步加强设计产业政策法规的执行力度三个方面提出了完善上海设计产业政策法规的策略建议。
The healthy development of the design industries can not be separated from the support of the design industries policy and the protection of relevant laws and regulations. Through the current Shanghai design industries-related policies and laws to sort out the interpretation,to identify the loopholes and deficiencies. And then from three aspects to improve the policy recommendations of the Shanghai design industries： the strengthening of the design industry in Shanghai policy environment construction,pay close attention to the design industries evaluation system,to further strengthen the design of industrial policies and laws to implement.
