摘要 本文从当下综合化设计的视角出发,以产品与服务的关系为主要关注点进行深入探讨。首先对产品和服务之间的差异点与相同点进行了分析并引出产品和服务综合设计的必然趋势。在此基础上借由产品服务系统和"为服务而设计"两种现有模式来论证两者之间关系的发展和变化。这种变化由单一的关注产品逐渐转变为产品设计与服务设计结合,最后发展为服务设计包含产品设计。 This paper focuses on the relationship between products and services from the perspective of the present comprehensive design. Firstly, the similarities and differences between products and services are analyzed and the inevitable trend of product and service design is introduced. On this basis, two existing models of product service system and "design for service" are used to demonstrate the development and change of the relationship between the two. This change has been gradually transformed from a single focus product to product design and service design, and finally developed into a product design for service design.
