原位交联聚合法制备改性聚偏氟乙烯分离膜及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用原位交联聚合法将丙烯酸和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷在聚偏氟乙烯溶液中共聚,制得聚偏氟乙烯/聚丙烯酸共混改性膜,利用傅里叶红外变换光谱仪对共混膜进行化学基团的分析,利用热失重仪对共混膜的热性能进行分析,通过场发射扫描电镜观察共混膜的表面和截面形貌。通过测试膜的接触角水通量、蛋白质截留率、力学强度、铜离子(Cu^(2+))吸附量等,研究丙烯酸添加量对共混膜的影响。结果表明,丙烯酸的引入提高了膜的亲水性,膜的接触角从82.6°下降到45.4°,BSA截留率从13.2%提高到35%,Cu^(2+)的饱和吸附量为0.0133mg/cm^2。 An in-situ crosslinking route was used to prepare acrylic acid/vinyl triethoxy silane/PVDF blend membrane.FT-IR was used to analyze the chemical group of blend membrane.FESEM was used to observe the morphologies of the blend membrane.The contact angle,BSA rejection,mechanical strength and adsorption ability of Cu^2+ were used to find out the effect of acrylic acid addition on the properties of blend membrane.The results showed that acrylic acid improved the membrane hydrophily,contact angle was decreased from 82.6° to 45.4°,BSA rejection was increased from 13.2% to 35%,saturated adsorption capacity of blend membrane for Cu^2+ was 0.0133 mg/cm^2.
