磷氮水性聚氨酯胶粘剂阻燃性能研究 被引量:2

Influence of different nitrogen phosphorus flame retardant on the adhesive property of water-based polyurethane

摘要 研究三聚氰胺(ME)、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯(TCPP)和三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐(MPP)3种阻燃剂通过单独添加、两两复配添加和3种共同添加对制得的新型水性阻燃聚氨酯(WPU)胶粘剂的阻燃性能及力学性能的影响,进行了阻燃和力学性能测试。实验结果表明:3种阻燃剂复配制得的新型水性阻燃WPU胶粘剂性能最佳,ME、TCPP和MPP添加量分别为15%(wt,质量分数,下同)、15%、25%制得的新型水性阻燃WPU胶粘剂的续燃时间为0s、阴燃时间为0s、断裂伸长率为15.1%、拉伸强度为13.7MPa。 The effect of melamine pyrophosphate(MPP),melamine(ME),tris(2-chloropropyl)phosphate(TCPP)on flame retardancy and mechanical properties of a new kind of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)adhesive was researched by adding alone,two alternate and three complex respectively.Flame retardance of WPU(before and after retardant treatment)was tested by vertical burning tester,mechanical properties of WPU(before and after retardant treatment)was tested by universal tensile tester.The results showed that the performance of the new type of WPU adhesive complexed with the three kind of flame retardant was the best.The adding amount of MPP,ME and TCPP was 25%(wt),15%(wt) and 15%(wt).The burning time of WPU adhesive was 0 s,the smoldering time was 0 s,the break elongation was 15.1% and the tensile strength was 13.7 MPa.
