介孔SiO_2复配水滑石协效阻燃EVA性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为基体树脂,水滑石(LDHs)为复配阻燃剂,通过添加协效剂介孔SiO_2制得介孔SiO_2/EVA/LDHs复合材料。对制得的介孔SiO_2/EVA/LDHs复合材料的阻燃和抑烟效果进行表征,并初步探讨相应的阻燃及抑烟作用机理。实验结果表明:制得的介孔SiO_2/EVA/LDHs复合材料极限氧指数(LOI)值最高达到29.5%;阻燃性等级(UL94)达到V-1级以上,热释放峰值为207.29kW/m^2,总热释放为95.7MJ/m^2,具有良好的阻燃性能;在点火和未点火情况下,复合材料均体现出良好的抑烟性能。 Mesoporous silica/Ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)/LDHs composites were prepared based on EVA as resin matrix,LDHs as composite flame retardant and mesoporous silica as synergist.The effects of combustion properties and smoke generation properties of the composite materials were studied by limiting oxygen index(LOI),cone calorimeter test(CCT)and smoke density(SDT).And preliminary discussed the corresponding mechanism of flame retardant and smoke suppression effect.LOI results showed that LOI value of mesoporous silica/EVA/LDHs was the highest,which reached to 29.5%.The UL94 results showed that mesoporous silica/EVA/LDHs reached V-1.CCT results showed that pHRR of mesoporous silica/EVA/LDHs was 207.29 kW/m^2,THR of LDH5 was 95.7 MJ/m^2.SDT results showed that in the ignition and non ignition conditions,all composite materials reflected a good smoke suppression performance.
