摘要
在聚乙烯醇-苯乙烯基吡啶盐缩合物(PVA-SbQ)的水溶液中均匀分散无机蒙脱土(MMT)凝胶,利用MMT层间阳离子的交换能力吸附亚甲基蓝(MB),通过紫外光交联法制备出光敏抗菌型PVA-SbQ/MMT复合水凝胶,经过冷冻干燥后得到其气凝胶薄膜。借助X射线衍射仪对MMT的晶体结构进行分析。利用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对PVA-SbQ/MMT复合水凝胶的形貌结构进行分析,最后探究了其吸水溶胀性和对金黄色葡萄球菌(StaphylococcusAureus)的抗菌行为。结果表明:成功制备了PVA-SbQ/MMT复合水凝胶,且MMT在PVA-SbQ中均匀分散;所制备的水凝胶具有良好的溶胀性能;此外,随着水凝胶中MB浓度的增加,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果逐渐提高,最高可达99.95%。
Water soluable montmorillonoid(MMT)was dissolved in PVA-SbQ solution,cation exchange capacity of MMT inter-layer was used to absorb themethylene blue(MB),after which a novel photoantimicrobial PVASbQ/MMT composite hydrogel was prepared by UV crosslinking method.After the freezing-dried process,aerogel film was obtained.XRD was used to analyze the crystal structure of MMT.SEM and TEM were utilized to analyze the surface morphology of hydrogel.Finally the antimicrobial behavior as well as the swelling behavior of as-prepared material was evaluated.The results indicated that:PVA-SbQ/MMT was successfully prepared,MMT was evenly dispersed in PVA-SbQ after the sonicating process.PVA-SbQ/MMT presented good swelling property,and the antibacterial effect of as-prepared hydrogel against Staph.Aureus was improved as the concentration of MB solution increased.The top sterilization rate of hydrogel can reach 99.95%.
