嵌段聚合物模板尺寸可控制备纳米SnO_2纳米颗粒及自组装行为

摘要 以Pebax嵌段共聚物为模板剂,尺寸可控合成了SnO_2纳米颗粒。随Pebax用量增加,SnO_2纳米颗粒的平均粒径减小。由于Pebax在溶剂中的浓度决定体系黏度,体系黏度越大,SnO_2纳米晶核在体系中越不易聚集生长,合成的纳米晶颗粒越小。最小粒径为5.5nm左右。Pebax在合成过程中性质稳定,回收利用率为72%。Pebax分子具有亲水亲油性质,体系中少量水存在时,Pebax与SnO_2发生自主装现象生成纳米空心球。 Size controlled SnO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by Pebax co-polymer as the template.Average particle size of SnO2 was decreased by increasing quantity of Pebax.Because of higher viscosity when Pebax in isopropanol system,the smaller SnO2 nanoparticles can be got in the solution and harder to be aggregated.The smallest of SnO2 particles were about 5.5 nm.In the synthesis process Pebax was stable,and can be recycled about 72%.In account of amphipathic properties of Pebax molecular chains,Pebax and SnO2 can have a self-assembly performance to product hybrid nanospheres when there was small amount of water in the system.
