聚左旋乳酸/嵌段共聚物共混纤维的牵伸工艺及性能 被引量:1

摘要 以聚左旋乳酸(PLLA)和嵌段共聚物(PDLA-PEG-PDLA)切片为原料,通过熔融纺丝-牵伸两步法制得PLLA/PDLA-PEG-PDLA共混纤维,研究牵伸倍数、牵伸温度以及热定型温度对共混纤维结构和性能的影响。结果表明,最佳牵伸温度为85℃,最佳热定型温度为130℃,在相同实验条件下,共混纤维的结晶度高于纯PLLA;当PDLAPEG-PDLA的质量含量为5%时,在牵伸3倍的条件下,共混纤维的断裂伸长率为35%,断裂强度达4.4cN/dtex。 The poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)and block copolymer(PDLA-PEG-PDLA)blend fibers were prepared via two-step melt spinning.The effects of draw ratio,draw temperature and heat-setting temperature on the structure and mechanical property of blend fibers were studied.The results showed that the draw temperature and heatsetting temperature of PLLA/PDLA-PEG-PDLA were 85℃ and 130℃,respectively.At the same processing conditions,the crystallinity of blend fibers was higher than that of pure PLLA fiber.When the content of PDLA-PEG-PDLA was 5%,the elongation at break and the break strength of blend fibers drawn by 3.0 ratio were 35% and 4.4 cN/dtex,respectively.
