目的探讨泌尿系统肿瘤患者发生感染的影响因素,并总结预防对策。方法回顾性分析2 000例泌尿系统肿瘤患者的临床资料,对患者的原发病感染情况进行归纳整理和统计分析,并提出预防对策。结果年龄、住院时长、化疗剂量、化疗时长、侵入性操作是泌尿系统肿瘤患者发生感染的危险因素,营养状态、感染预防用药和消毒到位是泌尿系统肿瘤患者发生感染的保护因素。结论泌尿系统肿瘤患者发生感染受多种因素影响,采取针对性的预防对策对降低感染的发生具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of infection in patients with urinary system tumors,and to summarize the prevention measures.Methods The clinical data of 2 000 cases of urinary system tumors were retrospectively analyzed and the patients＇ primary disease infection were summarized and analyzed to put forward prevention measures.Results The results showed that age,length of stay,chemotherapy dose,chemotherapy time,invasive operation were infection risk factors in urinary system tumors patients;And nursing quality,nutritional status,infection prophylaxis and disinfection were the protective factors of infection in urinary system tumors patients.Conclusion Infection in patients with urinary tract tumors is affected by a variety of factors,taking targeted prevention measures is of great significance in reducing the incidence of infection.
