摘要
介绍了精对苯二甲酸(PTA)废水生化处理工艺流程、厌氧反应器运行状况及存在问题。研究了PTA废水中易降解脂肪酸浓度对于对苯二甲酸(TA)厌氧降解反应速率的影响,结果表明,乙酸等易降解脂肪酸对TA的厌氧降解反应有酶竞争性抑制作用;建立了废水中有易降解有机物存在时TA厌氧降解反应动力学方程并求得有关特征参数;提出了采取相应措施来解决厌氧反应器故障问题,取得良好效果。
The biochemical treatment process flow of purified terephthalic acid(PTA)wastewater,the operationconditions of anaerobic reactor,and the existing problems are introduced. The effects of the concentration of easilydegradable fatty acids in PTA wastewater on anaerobic biodegradation reaction rate of terepthalic acid(TA)are stud-ied. The results show that easily degradable fatty acids,such as acetic acid,etc. have enzyme competitive inhibitingeffect on anaerobic biodegradation reaction of TA. When easily degradable organic substances exist in wastewater,the anaerobic degradation reaction kinetics equation of TA could be established,and relevant characteristic parame-ters of the equation obtained. It is proposed that some corresponding measures should be taken to solve the problemsof anaerobic reactor faults,and good results have been achieved.
