圆柱滚子轴承筒形保持架冲孔机头设计改进

摘要 圆柱滚子轴承筒形保持架冲孔机头在加工倾斜落料通道时较为困难,而且废料心在滑落过程中易发生料道堵塞情况,造成冲孔模具的损坏。针对以上问题,对机头进行了技术改进,设计了全新的冲孔机头,将落料通道由倾斜改为竖直方向,并设计了废料心储存盒,解决了冲孔机头倾斜落料通道加工困难的问题,使废料心能顺利下落,并储存在储料盒中,避免了料心堵塞落料通道,造成模具损坏的潜在危险。 It is very difficult that machining the tilt blanking hole of punching head for cylindrical cage of cylindrical roller bearings, moreover the waste material hearts are easy to jam blank hole in falls process to creates the punching holes mold the damage. For the above questions, with the technical improvement of the punching head, a new punching head was designed,changing the blanking hole from tilting to vertical, and designing the waste heart storage box, solving the problem of processing difficulty of tilt blanking hole of punching head, and the waste core can fall well and store in the storage box, avoiding the material core to clog the blanking hole, causing the potential danger of mould damage.
