In order to finish optimization and reengineering of the LCL operation mode, delayering the LCL supply chain, the Intelligent International LCL Platform （IILP） is built to gradually solves problems of the information series between forwarder agencies, the differences between the theoretical design and the actual LCL situation, which also achieves the cycle delivery of LCL cargoes with time controlled and completes the commercialization of container freight information.
