摘要
基于575份知识型员工的问卷调查,分析了激励因素个体与组织(P-O)匹配对知识型员工创造力的影响以及心理所有权的中介效应。研究发现:激励因素P-O匹配对知识型员工的创造力有积极影响;激励因素P-O匹配通过心理所有权的部分中介效应影响知识型员工的创造力。
Based on 575 valid questionnaire of knowledge workers, this paper analyzes the influence of incentives Person - Organization ( P - O) Fit on the creativity of knowledge workers and the mediating effect of psychological ownership. It finds that incentives matching has positive effects on the creativity of knowledge workers. Psychological ownership plays a part of mediator role between incentives P - O Fit and knowledge workers' creativity.
