银杏内酯注射液对高危非致残性缺血性脑血管病患者周围血Lp-PLA2、NSE以及GFAP水平的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的研究及观察银杏内酯注射液对高危非致残性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损相关周围血脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平的影响,以期为脑梗死患者的治疗方式选取提供依据。方法选取2016年04月至2016年11月本院收治的64例高危非致残性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,将64例患者根据随机分配的方式分为对照组和观察组每组各32例,对照组进行常规阿司匹林肠溶片、丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用银杏内酯注射液,然后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后7d、14d时的血流变相关指标、血浆Lp-PLA2、NSE以及GFAP水平进行比较。结果治疗前两组患者的血流变学相关指标、血浆Lp-PLA2、NSE、GFAP水平均无明显差异(P>0.05),而治疗7d及14d后观察组的血浆黏度、全血低切黏度及全血还原低切黏度等血流变相关指标均明显低于对照组,血浆Lp-PLA2水平及神经功能缺损相关血清指标(NSE、GFAP)也均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏内酯注射液可有效降低高危非致残性缺血性脑卒中患者炎性因子水平及神经功能缺损,因此其在高危非致残性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用价值较高。 Objective To study and observation of ginkgolide injection on ischemic stroke in patients with high risk non-disabling with peripheral blood lipid protein phospholipase A2 ( Lp-PLA2 ) , neuron-specific enolization enzyme ( NSE ) and glial fibers acidic protein ( GFAP ) levels, the influence of in order to provide basis for the selection way of the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Method Sixty-four patients with high risk non-disabling patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from April 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the research object, and sixty-four cases were divided into control group and treatment group with thirty-two cases in each group by the method of random allocation, The control group was treated with conventional aspirin intestinal dissolving and diphenyphthalein sodium chloride injection, the treatment group were treated with ginkgolide injection based on the treatment of control group, then the hemorheology, plasma Lp-PLA2 level and nerve function related serum indexes of two groups before the treatment and at seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment were compared. Results The hemorheology indexes, plasma Lp-PLA2 leve| and nerve function impairment related serum indexes of two groups before treatment had no obvious differences, all P〉O.05, and the plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity and other hemorheology indexes, in addition to the plasma Lp-PLA2 level and nerve function impairment related serum indexes of treatment group at seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment were all significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The ginkgolide injection can effectively reduce the risk of disabling inflammatory factor levels and neural function in patients with ischemic stroke defect, so its application in the high risk of disabling ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients value is higher.
