摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定野棉花中多糖含量测定的方法,比较不同部位多糖的含量。方法:采用超声提取法提取野棉花根、茎、叶的多糖,通过苯酚-硫酸比色法,在488nm波长处测定野棉花的多糖含量。结果:多糖在1.430~10.00μg·m L^(-1)范围内有良好线性关系,回归方程为A=0.0745C+0.0109(R=0.9996)。结论:野棉花根的多糖含量最高,不同药用部位野棉花多糖含量有一定差异。
Objective: to establish the method of UV- spectrophotometry for the determination of polysaccharide content in Anemone hupehensis, and comparing the content of polysaccharide in different parts of Anemone hu- pehensis. Methods: to extract the polysaccharide from the roots, stems and leafs of Anemone hupehensis by ul- trasonic extraction, and determining thepolysac - charide content at 488 nm wavelength according to phenol - sulfuric acid colorimetry. Results: Polysaccharide has favorable linear relationship in 1.430~10.00μg·m L^-1. The regression equation is A = 0.0745 + 0. 0109 C (R = 0.9996). Conclusion: The root of Anemone hu- pehensis has the highest polysaccharide content, and polysaccharide content in different medicinal parts of Anem- one hupehensis have certain different.
