摘要
目的:通过建立的高脂饲料高脂血症模型和Triton wr-1339高脂血症模型,考察保利尔胶囊对两种高脂血症模型血液生化指标的影响。方法:高脂饲料高脂血症模型组:选取健康雄性SD大鼠60只,空白对照组用普通饲料喂养,其他组用高脂饲料喂养,连续喂养4周后,每d灌胃给药1次,连续给药8周后,腹主动脉取血检测并分析大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和脂蛋白(LPA);Triton wr-1339高脂血症模型组:选取健康雄性SD大鼠60只,预防性给药15d后,静脉注射Triton wr-1339,腹主动脉取血并进行血液生化检测。结果:两种模型组与相应的空白组对比,模型组大鼠血脂都不同程度的提高。保利尔胶囊对两组模型动物的血脂水平都有显著影响。结论:保利尔胶囊对两种高脂血症模型组都有降低血脂的作用。
Objectives: By means of establishing high fat diet hyperlipidemia model and Triton wr-1339 model,observe and study The effects of two kinds of Baolier capsules on hyperlipidemia model of blood biochemical index. Methods: High fat diet hyperlipidemia model: Select 60 healthy male SD rats,the blank control group was fed with common diet,other groups were fed with high fat diet,after feeding for 4 weeks,ntragastric administration 1 times a day and after 8 weeks of continuous administration,detection and analysis total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),Low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),Lipoprotein( LPA) of abdominal aorta blood collection; Triton wr-1339 hyperlipidemia model: Select 60 healthy male SD rats,prophylactic administration for 15 days,by? injection? of Triton wr-1339 through? vena? caudalis,collecting abdominal aorta blood and blood biochemical test was performed. Results: The comparison between the two models and the corresponding blank group,the blood fat of rats in model group were increased in different degrees. Baolier capsule significantly affected the blood lipid levels of the two groups. Conclusion: Baolier capsule have blood lipid lowering effect of two kinds of hyperlipidemia model group.
