摘要
以麦冬种子及幼苗为试验材料,研究4种土壤基质(黄土基质、河沙基质、菌苞基质、混合基质)对麦冬种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响,并从中选出最适合麦冬种子萌发及生长发育的土壤基质.试验结果表明河沙基质最适合麦冬种子萌发,混合基质最适合麦冬幼苗的生长.
In the paper, in order to study the effects of four different substrates on seeds germination and the growth of Ophiopogon japonicus, we planted four soil matrix to test. The results showed that the seeds germination of Ophiopogon japonicus was the best in the substrate of sand , seedling growth was best in the substrate of mixed.
