摘要
构建由人口、社会、空间、经济和生态5个子系统组成的新型城镇化评价体系,利用熵值法计算其权重,测度广西14个地级市的新型城镇化发展水平。研究结果表明:广西各市的新型城镇化水平存在明显的区域差异。运用灰色关联度分析法分析新型城镇化发展水平和评价指标的关联度,研究结论显示:广西新型城镇化在生态环境城镇化方面力度不足,从一定程度上影响了新型城镇化整体水平的提升。为此,应采取措施、因地制宜,发挥优势、弥补劣势。
Based on a deep understanding of new urbanization connotation,this study builds a newurbanization evaluation system consisting of five sub-systems,namely population,society,space,economy and ecology.The new urbanization levels of fourteen cities of Guangxi are evaluated by calculating the weighted value with entropy method.The results show that There are obvious regional differences in new urbanization levels of cities in Guangxi.In this paper,the correlation degree of new urbanization level and evaluation index is analyzed by means of grey correlation analysis method.It is concluded that: new urbanization in Guangxi showed a weak momentum in ecological environment urbanization,which has an impact on the overall new urbanization development to some extent.And some suggestions are proposed in the end of this paper.
