This paper analyzes the traceability,main view and contemporary value of Marx＇s eco-economic thought from the perspective of historical materialism.Marx＇s eco-economic thought includes material circulation theory,material transformation thought,duality theory,human nature reconciliation and human itself reconciliation of the four aspects of the content.Marx＇s eco-economic thought has provided theoretical guidance for the sustainable development of our country,which is conducive to the mode of changing production and consumption,which is conducive to perfecting the legal mechanism of eco-economy.
