新电改背景下分布式电源典型运营模式及经营策略研究 被引量:14

摘要 大力发展分布式电源已成为全球各国优化能源结构、应对气候变化问题的关键。随着分布式电源在电力系统中的广泛应用,分布式电源的运营模式和经营方式也不断革新。在垂直一体化电力系统中,分布式电源的典型运营模式已经不能适应新电改下电力市场的竞争性要求。分析分布式电源的技术经济特点,研究分布式电源的3种非竞争性运营模式,提出新电改背景下分布式电源的竞争性运营模式。在此基础上,提出了5种市场经营策略。为大规模分布式电源和小容量分布式电源在电力市场环境下如何有效参与售电侧竞争,以及如何获取更大的市场份额提供了技术方法。 Strongly developing distributed power has become the key to optimizing energy structure and dealing with climate change issues around the world. With the widespread use of distributed generation in power system,the operation model and marketing strategy of the distributed generation is also constantly innovating. In a vertically integrated power system ,the typical operation model of the distributed generation cannot adapt to the competitive requirements of the new electricity market. This paper analyzes the technical and economic characteristics of the distributed generation,studies three non-competitive operation models of the distributed generation, and puts forward two competitive operation models of the distributed generation under the background of new electricity market reform. On this basis,five kinds of marketing strategies are put forward, providing technical measures to participate in marketing electricity side competition effectively and obtaining higher market share for large-capacity and small-capacity distributed generation in the electricity market environment.
