摘要 资产全寿命周期管理自引入中国电力行业以来得到了广泛关注,然而目前尚缺乏全面、完整的全寿命周期管理系统架构设计方案。将RFID识别技术、无线通讯技术及大数据技术等信息化手段引入资产全寿命周期管理,设计出了1套以"八码贯通"为特征的资产全寿命周期管理技术方案,详细阐述并分析了其在采购招标、工程建设、运行维护及退役报废等全周期各个阶段的应用模式。分析结果表明:该方案帮助企业实现资产管理实物流、信息流和价值流三合一;降低设备采购与运维成本,提高了企业资产卓越运营能力。 Since life-cycle asset management(LCAM)is brought into Chinese electric power industry,it has drawn lots of attention. However,there still lacks detailed architecture design for the LCAM in smart grid. This paper proposes an administration system of the LCAM in the smart grid,in which advanced information technology including radio frequency identification,wireless communication and big data is applied as well as the correlation among eight codes is given. Furthermore, the paper expounds in detail the application mode of the system at each stage including procurement bidding, engineering construction, operation and maintenance and decommissioning. The analysis results show that"3 flows in 1"of physical flow, information flow and value flow is fully realized in the system, the cost of purchase and operation maintenance is reduced, and the asset operation ability of enterprises is enhanced.
