摘要
以连云港港徐圩港区一港池二期码头工程为例,分析施工过程中采取的主要管理措施、工程质量控制方法,总结该工程管理方案下的质量通病防治及效果。结果表明:提出的技术和管理创新能克服天气、潮流、涌浪等各种施工不利影响,保证工程施工质量。
The main management measures and project quality control methods adopted in the construction process are analyzed with taking terminal project Phase II, No.1 Pool in Lianyungang Port Xuwei Port District as example. The prevention and effect of quality defects in the project management are summarized. It is shown that the adopted technologies and management innovation can overcome all kinds of adverse impacts of construction, such as weather, tidal current and swell, and the project construction quality can be guaranteed.
