基于CFD流场分析的船用离心泵性能改进方法

摘要 鉴于某船用立式离心泵的原设计性能不满足使用要求,通过应用CFD技术对泵原设计内部流场进行数值分析,对原泵的压出室型体结构进行了优化设计。经CFD计算,原泵结构优化后的预测性能可以满足要求。利用优化后的泵体设计结果进行样泵的生产制造和整机性能试验,CFD的性能预报结果与样泵试验结果相近,可以满足性能要求,从而验证了基于CFD的流场计算方法在离心泵设计中具有较好的应用价值。 Because the originally designed performance of a marine centrifugal pump does not meet the requirements, the original internal flow field analysis of the pump is constructed and the design on the discharge chamber structure of the original pump has been optimized using CFD technology. With the calculation of CFD, the predicted performance of the optimized pump can meet the requirement of design. After the sample pump has been manufactured and tested with the optimized design, it shows that the performance predicted based on CFD are similar with experimental result and the performance requirement can be satisfied. It is confirmed that CFD calculation method can be well applied in the design of centrifugal pump.
