大惯性负载液压系统设计

摘要 为了探明大惯性液压系统稳定性和控制精度是否满足要求,以大质量建筑物同步位移的比例闭环控制液压系统为例,建立系统模型,对液压系统稳定的条件和系统精度进行了推算,最后根据系统的特点,加入了滞后矫正算法,在保证系统稳定性的前提下,提高了系统的控制精度。 In order to study whether the stability and control accuracy of hydraulic system with large inertia load can meet the requirements or not, the proportional closed loop controlled hydraulic system of large buildings'synchronous displacement system is taken as an example and a system model is established. The precision and system stability of hydraulic system are calculated. According to the characteristics of the system, the lag correction algorithm is used. The control precision of the system is improved while the system's stability are guaranteed.
