摘要
在冬季气温较低环境下,对板幅大、厚度厚的板材进行爆炸焊接时,时常会出现基板断裂现象,严重影响板材的成材率及使用价值,为了避免爆炸焊接时基板出现断裂现象,通过理论机理和工程实践综合分析产生原因,然后采取系统的预防措施,完全可以消除爆炸焊接时基板出现断裂现象。
In low temperature environment of winter, by the plates of large plate width, thickness to explosive welding, often appear substrate fracture phenomenon, seriously affecting the plate yield and use value, in order to avoid the fracture phenomenon of substrate in explosive welding, through the theoretical mechanism and practice analysis of comprehensive engineering causes, then take the system preventive measures, can eliminate the substrate breaking in explosive welding.
