摘要
应用水润滑轴承的螺旋桨轴需在轴承支承部位固定轴套,轴套与尾轴之间多采用热套过盈配合固联。这种静配合的过盈量以往一般以经验公式来确定,并不能确保总是安全和可靠的。文章按材料力学厚壁筒应力理论,提出依温度变化计算获取不同过盈量的方法,可满足螺旋桨轴实际运行的需要。文内附一设计实例,供相关人士参考。
In the case of the propeller shaft of a water-lubricated bearing, it is necessary to ftx the shaft sleeve to the bearing support. The stern tube and the tail shaft are most often joined using interference fit by heating the sleeve. The magnitude of interference in the static fit is typically determined from empirical formulas, which, unfortunately, are not always reliable or safe. Based on the thick-wall cylinder stress theory of the mechanics of materials, another approach is proposed in the paper, that, the magnitude of interference is gained determined by temperature-dependent calculation. The approach provides a solution that satisfies the needs in actual operation. A design case is included for reference by interested readers.
