摘要
文章简单阐述一艘半造船法在半潜式平台平地并行建造上的应用。在船台已有一个平台进行上下船体并行建造的情况下,充分利用船台的长度及宽度,并充分考虑600t龙门吊的作用及其他可能的因素,合理布局并优化流程,同时通过二次定位技术,继续进行第二个平台的建造,从而提高船台利用率。
The article describes the application of the "one and half vessel construction method" for semi-submersible platform which is built in parallel on slipway. When the lower and upper hull of a semi-submersible plaOCorm have been built in parallel on slipway, taking full advantage of the length and width of the slipway and fully considering the function of the 600 t crane and other possible factors, the construction of the second plaOCorm can be done by means of reasonable arrangement, process optimization and two-time orientation, in order to increase the utilization rate of the slipway.
