具有聚集增强荧光的蒽中心十字交叉小分子的合成及其电致发光器件性能 被引量:1

摘要 依据可溶液加工的有机小分子发光材料的化学与电子结构特点(合成纯化简便、高溶解性及成膜性、固态高荧光、电荷注入与传输平衡),分别通过Heck和Wittig-Horner反应合成了基于具有聚集增强荧光(aggregation-enhanced emission,AEE)特性的蒽中心十字交叉共轭结构小分子2,6-二[(二丁基)氨基苯乙烯]-9,10-二苯乙烯蒽(FC4)。研究了FC4分子的溶液和薄膜的光学性质、热性质及聚集增强荧光性质。采用溶液旋涂的方法制备了结构为ITO/PEDOT:PSS/FC4/TPBi/LiF/Al的有机电致发光器件(organic light-emitting diodes,OLED)。器件的启亮电压约为4.8V,最大亮度为3 459cd/m2,最大发光效率和最大功率效率分别为1.12cd/A和0.58lm/W,最大电致发光峰位为608nm。 Solution processable luminescent small molecules have properties such as facile synthesis and purification,high solubility and good film formation,high solid state fluorescence,and good charge carrier transport and injection balance.In this paper,a anthracene-centered cruciform conjugated small molecule,2,6-bis(4-dibutylaminostyryl)-9,10-distyrylanthracene(FC4)with aggregation-enhanced emission(AEE)property was prepared by the Heck coupling and the Wittig Horner reactions,respectively.The solution and film optical properties,thermal properties and aggregation-enhanced emission properties of FC4 were investigated.The organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs)with a structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/FC4/TPBi/LiF/Al was fabricated by spin coating method.This device exhibited a maximum luminance of 3 459 cd/m^2 with a turn-on voltage of 4.8 V,along with maximum current and power efficiencies of 1.12 cd/A and 0.58 lm/W,respectively,and the maximum electroluminescence peak wavelength of 608 nm.
