摘要
为了稳定求解平衡扩散速率色谱模型,采用有限差分法建立了其迭代求解的隐式差分方程,讨论了其稳定性与方程误差,通过仿真计算考察了该差分格式的计算误差,并通过甘草苷与甘草素的分离实验进行验证。结果表明:该差分格式在线性及非线性体系下无条件稳定,计算误差小,准确度高;在非线性体系下,甘草苷与甘草素的计算色谱流出曲线与实验流出曲线吻合良好。
To stably calculate equilibrium diffusion model,implicit finite difference equation of chromatography separation was established,its stability and calculation error were discussed.The calculation error of the difference scheme was investigated by simulation and verified by separation experiments of liquiritin and liquiritigenin.Simulation results show that this equation has unconditional stability from linear to nonlinear system,it has smaller error and high accuracy.The agreement of liquiritin and liquiritigenin elution profiles between the experimental data and the calculated values is fairly good under non-linear system.
