摘要
研究了以蒽醌为结构组成部分的氮杂套索醚的合成方法。以1,8-二羟基蒽醌为合成起始原料,在碳酸钾为碱加热下将其与溴乙酸乙酯成醚得到中间体蒽醌二乙酯(1),再将中间体1分别与乙二胺、间苯二胺和二乙烯三胺三种脂肪胺在甲醇溶剂中回流,通过胺解反应得到含蒽醌的最终化合物氮杂冠醚2a^2c。最后,以核磁对合成的基于蒽醌的氮杂套索醚进行了结构确证。
The synthesis route of lariat aza-crown ether was reported. A series of aza-crown ether 2 a ~ 2 c based on1,8-dihydroxy anthraquinone were synthesized and characterized. In the presence of K2 CO3,1,8-dihydroxy anthraquinone reacted with ethyl bromoacetate to obtain the intermediate 1. Then the intermediate 1 reacted with different diamine to obtain the final products 2 a ~ 2 c. All the intermediate and final compounds were characterized by NMR spectra.
