适合织物用二氧化硅超疏水溶胶的制备及表征 被引量:3

摘要 超疏水材料是一种用处比较广泛的新型材料,具有自清洁,抗腐蚀,流体减阻等特性,因而其制备及应用成为备受瞩目的课题。本文以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,氨水为催化剂,在乙醇介质中合成了纳米二氧化硅;而后用十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(WD-10)为改性剂对纳米二氧化硅进行了疏水化改性,最后通过浸涂的方法将疏水性纳米二氧化硅负载到不同材质的织物表面。采用激光粒度仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪以及接触角测量仪等仪器对所得产品进行了表征,证实经该溶胶处理后的织物具有超疏水性。 Superhydrophobic material is a kind of new material which has extensive use. It has many merits,such as self-cleaning,corrosion resistence,fluid drag reduction,etc. So the preparation and application of this material has become a research hotspot. In the study,taking tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) as raw materials and ammonia as catalytic agent, nano-silica was synthesized in ethanol medium. Hydrophobic nano-silica was obtained by using dodecyltrimethoxysilane(WD-10) as modifier. Some kinds of hydrophobic fabric were prepared by dip-coating of the fabric in hydrophobic nano-silica colloid sol,respectively. The product were characterized by laser measurement instrument,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and contact angle meter. The results confirmed that the fabrics after surface treatment were superhydrophobic.
